Mexico for 6 Months in 1992
Jeff was a huge fan of fish tacos. Such a big fan that he took off 6 months from work and drove deep into the heart of Mexico in search of the perfect fish taco. Fortunately in a small town in the mountains of southern mexico he found the ultimate fish taco, unfortunately it was made with the endangered Bull Trout and the last surviving bull trout had just been caught and eaten in the mountains outside of Calgary.
