Jeff Cadle Stories

As the Millenium changed I sent out to my friends a listing of my Top 100 memories of my first Millineum. Jeff played a prominent role in many of the memories. I've included several memories/stories about Jeff in this site for your amusement. Please feel free to email me any stories or memories you have of him and we'll add it to either the Stories or the Blogs page appropriately.

#72 - Models all around us! - 1987

Published June 4, 2006 1:48 PM by Phil Parker

At UC Davis we had a friend that dropped out of school and moved to Europe and became a model. One weekend she came back to visit and invited Jeff and I to go skiing. Her mother had rented a cabin and she was having some friends up to party and ski.

Jeff and I accepted and headed on up. We arrived at the cabin and were stunned to see that not only was she there but she had brought about 20 of her model friends from Europe back with her. So it was Jeff and I and 20+ gorgeous European models (all female) alone in a ski cabin at Lake Tahoe.

So what did Jeff and I do? Well we started off in the hot tub at the cabin (models in bathing suits), then went inside and started drinking. One neat thing, her mother worked for a medical supply company and had sent up specimen cups for us all to use as drinking glasses. It was a weird feeling drinking yellow fluid out of a specimen cup. Anyway after the hot tub we drank, and had a taste test. We had each model put on a blindfold and taste a cup of Schaefers and a cup of Corona. Every single model picked the Schaefers as the better beer. Jeff and I then turned Hangman into a drinking game and got plastered.

That's right we didn't touch them, didn't even try. But it was still a very memorable weekend! We skied with them and were the envy of all the men on the mountain. Spent another night at the cabin drinking and hot tubbing with them and all in all the scenery at Lake Tahoe never looked better!
